Verify a Certificate Record
Enter the certificate number, record ID or verification code exactly as it appears on the issued certificate. Public digital lookup is being prepared; records that are not automatically displayed may still be reviewed manually.

Verification Status Types
- Active: record is valid and reviewable.
- Under Review: record requires administrative confirmation.
- Expired: record may require renewal or status update.
- Cancelled: record is no longer valid.
- Not Found: record is not publicly matched.
Required Details for Manual Review
- Certificate number or verification ID
- Full name of certificate holder
- Program name
- Issue date if available
- Clear certificate copy or screenshot
- Institutional or employer inquiry details if applicable
Manual Verification Request
If the certificate does not appear in the public lookup, submit a manual verification request. Northbridge Medical Academy may review certificate data, administrative records and issued certificate details before confirming status.
